Fujian Minneng Optical Electronic Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture of Xiamen Hua Cheng Group and Fujian Min Neng Group. It is a high-tech enterprise which specializes in developing and manufacturing of Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFLs), Solar Street Lights and Solar Panels. The company has been accredited by ISO9001 and ISO4001 management systems. We have set up a long-term R&D cooperation with several institutions of higher learning in China, the high-quality talents and scientific management the cornerstone for achieve our strategic objectives.

Min Neng Opto-electronic Group has comprehensive and integral R&D and manufacturing stations in Xiamen Huandong Coastal. We own a 20,000sq.m factory with R&D center in Xiamen Huli Industry Zone focusing on Energy-saving Lamps, and an even larger 300,000sq.m base manufacturing Energy-saving Lamps and accessories in Fujian Min Neng Lighting Technology Industry Park.

The headquarters is located in Fujian Min Neng Lighting Technology Industry Park, in Pinghe County of Zhangzhou City, which is the hometown of honey shaddock. The Industry Park enjoys beautiful countryside landscape and convenient traffic, with over 70% vegetation coverage and a country highway named Guankou going through the Park. The company is only 14km away from Pinghe County, 33km away from Zhangzhou City, 38km away from the entry of Shenhai Highway, 68km away from Zhangzhou Port, and 86km away from Xiamen Gaoqi Airport.

We??e also set up a glass furnace and invite key components and service providers to form a complete supply chain. With 1,000 skilled worker and 28 production lines, we have a monthly capacity of 5 million units to meet market demands.

Despite high volume, we never skimp on quality. We enforce a strict QC process where in prototypes undergoing 16 function tests, and then 10 engineers to ensure consistent quality. Last but not the least, our 60 inspectors check finished units at four different stages to guara
