Zhuhai Yonglong Jialin Watercooler Co.,Ltd was established in 1993 which was the earliest manufacturer of Non-spill caps and water dispensers. The non-spill caps originates from Jia Lin. Jia Lin has many automatic production lines, and the annual production capacity is more than 150 million.In China,it 's the largest specialized factory of 5 gallon caps which provide normal 5 gallon caps(two piece) ,virgin caps(one piece) and top pop disc caps (three piece) in multiple styles & color for customers to choose.Jia Lin has been followed the mission of ''Regard the customer demand as the guidance, commit to the healthy development of the water industry". With full automatic caps lines,we provide 5 gallon caps to many famous water factories all over the world,such as Danone, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Robust, Cestbon, Aquarius, Wastons, etc...

I.Garden workshop,advanced equipments:Jia Lin has established an enclosed purified workshop and then do some purification treatment to the products.We use the highly sophisticated import mould,equipment and full automatic production lines to arrange caps, add liners, inner caps, labels automatically.

II.Rich experience and constant innovation:In the past 16 years, Jia Lin pay more attention to the development, research and production of the 5 gallon caps. With innovation, we analysis the coordination of bottles and caps as well as the adjustment of capping machine line of pressing caps with our clients, so that we overcome series problems in using process of the caps, such as leakage, plastic scraped, security, dustproof etc...We have got multiterm national patents, and several patents achieve the gold award & silver award. Jia Lin is the patents holder of ''Single stick label caps (ZL 20052006343.0) '' and ''5 gallon Virgin Cap (ZL 200920050480.7) ''.

III. Standard & strict test: Jia Lin has passed the ISO9001 international Quality System Certification in 2000 and passed the FFSC22000 food safety management system in 2012. Jia Lin also drew up the first enterprise standard of 5 gallon caps in China in 1998. Jia Lin company has set up a high education, high quality, high requirments QA team for strict inspection system, they have tests every day to every steps for its appearance and sealing. There 's also a set of simulation waterworks for capping equipment, it will make the full bottles water inverted and latericumbent for 24 hours to ensure if they were sealing. Meanwhile, Jia Lin has set up a microbiological lab to have tests at any time to ensure the microbiological indicator can not exceed standard. Because of them, Jia Lin can assure the excellent sealing property and quality even in an extreme environment.
