- A printed circuit board manufacturer- Was established in November, 2000- The main office is located in Hong Kong and the factory is located in Zhuhai, PRC.- Products manufactured include single-sided, double-sided and multilayer (up to 8 layers) printed circuit boards- VT’s mission is to identify customers’ needs and to fulfill customers’ expectations and demands with respect to quality, engineering support and on-time delivery- VT is UL listed and the Quality Management System implemented has been certified by SGS to be in compliance to the requirements of ISO9001:2000 and QS9000:1998. Also, TS 16949 certified.- Currently the turnaround lead time on boards is three weeks.- HASL, Electrolyte Gold, ENIG,Immersion Tin, OSP, Immersion Silver, OSP & lead-free HASL are already in production- Production capacity of 200,000 square feet (18.5K sq. m.) per month and will be expanded up to 400,000 square feet (37K sq. m.) per month by the third quarter of 2006. -A new factory building has been constructed next to the main building to increase the overall production floor area; more fluent production and material flow will be obtained,especial lead-free process and environmental materials; more new equipments and production lines will be installed, which will not only increase production capacity but technical capabilities will also be upgraded.
