Brightway produces Galvanized Steel Core Wire & Strand for Aluminum Conductors Steel Reinforced (ACSR), Patented Steel Rod for Aluminum-Clad Steel Wire(ACS) , and Aluminum-Clad Steel Wire & Strand. Currently, the total annual output of our products is 150,000 metric tons.
In 1993, the company was established, specialized in the production of galvanized steel core wire & strand for ACSR, the capacity is 10,000 tons / year, according to the standard of GB3428, all the products are sold in inner market.
In 2000 , the company began exporting the product , the initial standard are ASTM B 498 and ASTM A 475. During this year , in order to meet the customers' demands, our company developed the thick coated galvanized steel wire , Product standards to the requirements of ASTM B 498 CLASS B. The annual output is 50,000 tons in this year.
In 2010 , our products of Zinc 5 % Aluminum-Mischmetal Alloy-Coated Steel Core Wire was manufactured, the product meets the requirements of ASTM B802/802M standards by foreign customers .
In 2007 , the company began producing Patented Steel Rod-Aluminum Cladding for ACS. We use advanced heat treatment technology: Electric Heating, it's better than lead heat-treatment, the performance of the products are stable. In 2010, these kinds of products began exporting in large quantities.
In 2011, the company began producing Aluminum-Clad Steel Wire & Strand. It's according to ASTM B502, Aluminum-Clad Steel Wires are used in ACSR/AW and OPGW, Aluminum-Clad Steel Strand are used in ACSR/AW.
