Our company covers an area of 6000 square meters, gathers smelting, electro slag remelting, forging, steel rolling, heat treatment and finish machining, professional in producing various tool and die materials and its products . Our main products including tool and die steel, round bar, flat bar, cold/hot rolled steel strips, forged tool material and cutting tools such as woodworking blade, white steel knife etc.

We have strong technical force,own the domestic original new technology of rapid solidification electroslag remelting, rare earth element modification method which won the national invention patent, die steel double refining process which won the science and technology progress award of Shanghai.

We have advanced production and testing equipments.,including vacuum smelting furnace, rapid solidification electroslag furnace , electroslag ingot direct rolling line, high vacuum annealing furnace, four-roll mill, direct-reading optical spectrum analyzer, oxygen-nitrogen analyzer, eddy current flaw detector and set up a strict quality assurance measures to ensure the high quality of the our products.
