Zhejiang Viola Plastics Company Limited was established on August 1st 2004.when the Purico Group acquired 80% of the shares of the Minfeng Plastics Factory from the Minfeng Special Paper Company Limited (Stock Code 600235), thereby becoming the third joint venture between Purico Group and Minfeng Special Paper. The registered capital of Viola Plastics was US 1.2 million dollars.

The company main market traditionally covers the supply for variety of products, such as plastic bobbin cores for cigarette paper and tipping paper use and woven bags and bag materials for a range of chemical, feed, packaging industrial applications.
