Company Description

Zhejiang Tiantai Flower PP Yarn Co., Ltd. is the manufacture of High Tenacity Polypropylene Multi-filament yarn in Zhejiang providence, Tiantai city, China. Established in 2012, ISO9001 certified, our company has 14 PP extrusion production lines and 16 twisting production lines. Our monthly output is over 600 tons.

Our regular denier range is from 500 Denier to 3000 Denier, bright round luster, dope dying for various colors, minimum order is 3000 Kg per color. Custom color matching, shrinkages and profiled filament as available.

All of our twisted polypropylene yarn will be heat setting. The process removes the residual strains and produces a defect-free and stable crystalline structure to make fiber/fabrics dimensionally stable. We can provide twist level from 40 TPM to 180 TPM, S or Z turn.
