Established in Dec 2007, Zhejiang Starco Huanmei Auto-Parts Co., Ltd. is a joint venture of Hangzhou Huanmei Auto-parts Co., Ltd., STARCO Europe A/S and The Industrialization Found for Developing Country (IFU). Our registered capital is 2,000,000 Euro Dollars and the total investment is 3,000,000 Euro Dollars.

Our company is situated in the city of Fuyang in the most prosperous economical Yangtze delta in China, with convenient highway access to Shanghai and Ningbo (two hours' drive away).

STARCO Huanmei is specialized in making various steel wheels for passenger cars, trailers, mobile homes, ATV, and golf carts. The production capacity is 2,000,000 pieces per year. 95% wheels are exported to the USA, Europe, South Africa, Australia, and other countries and regions. STARCO Huanmei is determined to provide our customers with assured good quality products, competitive pricing and professional services for our business.

We passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification in Dec 2007, passed TUV quality system certification in April 2009, and entered the EU Cooperation social Responsibility Assessment (CRS) in July 2009.
