Zhejiang Over-Boundary (Group) Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 and incorporates 5 subsidiary companies: Pujiang Huangzhai Lace Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Over-Boundary Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Pujiang Tashan Hotel Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Over-Boundary Group Spinning Co., Ltd. As a group we manufacture and supply a range of long stitch products that feature both spinning and printing.
Our key enterprise, Pujiang County Huangzhai Lace Factory has a registered capital of approximately USD3,000,000 and covers an area of 15,000 square meters. We have a team of 800 staff members that design, develop and manufacture our high quality, and competitively priced quilts, cushions, bedspreads, tablecloths, curtains and series of Christmas products. With thousands of designs and varieties, we produce 1,800,000 sets each year according to ISO9001 standards and have an annual output value of over USD19,000,000.
