Our company was established in April 1984, and the former of it was the branch company of China Medicines and Health Products Import and Export Co.Ltd. In 1988, when China was carrying out the reform of the foreign trade system, our company was separated from the head quarter, and together with Zhejiang Chemical & Western Medicine Department and Zhejiang Native produce & Animal By-Products and Medicine Department to established Zhejiang Medicines and Health Products Import and Export Co.Ltd (hereinafter briefly called ZMC). In June 1999, ZMC evolved from a state-owned enterprise into a shareholding company and became the subsidiary of Zhejiang International Business Group Co., Ltd. The company is located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Hangzhou is a city with long history, beautiful sceneries, overflowing humanism flavor and developed economy. It�s one of the Seven China�s Ancient Capitals and a world famous scenic-tourist town.��ZMC now has capital 80 million, among that, Zhejiang International Business Group Co., Ltd. share 33.5%, and the employee interests share 66.5%. In the end of 2011, the total capital of ZMC was 948 million 377 thousand 7hundred. Our export products line have been expanded to cover a wide variety from the early pharmaceutical raw materials and traditional Chinese medicines(TCM) to today�s active pharmaceutical ingredients, medicines, pharmaceutical raw materials, industrial chemicals, botanicals & crude drugs, plant & animal extracts, food additives and health products, medical instruments and equipments, surgical dressings & disposables, mechanical and electrical products, light industrial products, textiles and garments, etc. Besides, we also have some import business. Our export and import revenue in 2011 was reach to 560 million USD, and the export revenue was high to 500 million USD.��ZMC now has 263 employees, and has formed its own system of well defined power and responsibility, operating independently and responsible for their own profits or losses.
