Zhejiang Guidu Power Electronic Co., Ltd, as a professional manufactuer of semiconductor chips and devices, was founded in 1983. The main products include thyristors, diodes (disc, stud and plastic package type), triacs, power modules, and solid state relay (SSR). In addition, as one of the national high-tech enterprises and the governing units of the China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association (CEEIA)- Power Electronics Branch, Guidu has a significant influence in the industry of power semiconductors.

The factory strictly adopts ISO9001:2008 standards of production and quality management. It also pursuits the corporate culture of technological innovation, with the academic support from several leading institutes and scholars in China, such as Tsinghua university lab and Xi'an's national research institute.
