INTRODUCTION:Our company has been manufacturing quality apparel garments & sports wears since 1980. Initially the company name was AWAN INTERNATIONAL and the field of activity was also very large and non-specialized. Recently, the management felt the need for revolutionary and innovative changes in the corporate identity and hence the new name has been emerged as ZASH GROUP. An important change was our continued specialization in the fabrication of fashion garments to cater the needs for the high fashion industry.Development of new and very innovative apparel articles and stitching of trendy garments for our international clientele has been a hallmark of our company. We believe in keeping a close eye on the emerging trends in the fashion industry and with the help and guidance from our customers, we never hesitate to accept new challenges to come up with new designs and trendy wears from people of all ages and styles. Moreover, the other leather articles have also been introduced and can be sourced as per clientâs requests.Our Vision:Our companyâs vision is to excel in the field of high fashion apparel industry. We have been associated with some of the leading brands and designers from different parts of the world.Location and Area:Our office is located at 355 Jinnah Colony Sialkot Cantt, which is the main hub of Industrial city and has become the most modern industrial city during the last decade.It has covered area of 35, 000 square feet for its operations near Chenab Rangers Sialkot. The whole production facility will be built keeping in view the comfort, security and well being of the workers. Production, packaging and storage are carried out in very capacious halls ensuring the integrity of our workers and garments.The Team:The 200-members team of the company has vast experience in the entire related fields. It has been our priority to hire the trained work force to make sure that all the processes are carried out at their best level. We also hire foreign experts for the training of our staff.The production Processes:We have complete arrangement of in-house processes, which guaranteed that the garment is fabricated under our very own supervision. At the moment, we are capable of making 5, 000 garments per month. The production processes, which are performed in our company, are: Research & development, pattern designing & grading, cutting, sampling, stitching and packaging.Cutting:This is the most crucial stage of garment manufacturing which requires precision and a lot of experience. One of our companyâs greatest strength is that the pattern designing and grading is entirely in the most experienced and skillful hands. Precision at this level ensures a perfect fit for the garment later on.Stitching:The stitching process has been performed in very big and capacious halls, which have been primarily designed for this purpose. We have hundreds of machines to produce the commodities and fulfill our customersâ huge demands, ensuring timely deliveries without any delays. The raw material and other accessories required for stitching purpose is purchased only from the approved suppliers and is only incorporated after they are evaluated and approved by either our customer or our quality assurance staff.Our quality planning section ensures that our customersâ requirements are converted into actual executable plans and specifications and the operations control staff ensures that the work is performed only to these planned arrangements so as to obtain the garments of the desired quality and specifications. The garments once stitched, finally inspected and packed will be temporarily stored in our storage rooms where the garments remain clean and un-touched until they are dispatched to our customers. Special care is taken during their packaging where we ensure that the fashion garments, being of very delicate nature, remain safe during their transit journey through either sea or air freight shipments. We use special packing boxes, inner protective wrappings and hangers to achieve this purpose.Work friendly and safety environment:One of the hottest issues these days is that the companies are required to comply with strict international worker safety standards to safeguard their health. Our company has not left this matter un-attended. All workers are well paid according to the industry and labor laws. Child labor is strictly prohibited in our company. Workers are provided with safety equipment to ensure their well-being. Work hours are defined and overtime wages are being paid. The construction of our work area has been such that the halls can immediately be evacuated in case of emergency. Safety signs and instructions have been posted at numerous places.
