Our evergreen group begins with freshly harvested leaves of the aloe vera l.. The inner gel(fillet)is carefully removed to minimize disruption of the aloe layer. The gel is then further processed to remove the pulp and fibre. The resultant gel is then pasteurized and preserved to maintain its efficacy.
The gel is then concentrated utilizing normal temperature membrane separating to produce a liquid concentrate ready for freeze drying. The gel remains under refrigeration until dried. The gel concentrate is then freeze dried without the use ora matrix, nor the addition of preservatives or other additives.
The highly concentrated freeze dried material saves substantially on shipping and handling costs.
