Yuk Kee Metal & Plastic Factory Limited was established in 1962, over 40 years now. We have already achieved the certificate of ISO 9001:2000. Our main office is in HK. We have another sister company which mainly produces Optical products. We are one of the leading suppliers of quality sheet metal die, injection mold tooling (both for export and production), precise metal stamping components and injection mold components for electrical, household, automotive and sports products. Our markets are mainly Europe in 40%, US in 40%, Asia in 15% and others in 5%.

We provide one-stop service from product design to production. Our engineering designer will analyze your products and design the optimum tooling in a cost effective way. Work together with our experienced toolmakers, we guarantee molds built in your specifications. We have R & D, mold building and production of small components in our factory while large components & finished products are produced in our factory.

For metal components, materials that we use include Aluminium, Alloy/Brass/Bronze, Carbon Steel, Cold Rolled Steel, Copper, Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel and etc. For injection mold components, we could produce materials of ABS, PP, HIPS, PVC, POM, Nylon, PET, Nylon with Glass reinforced and etc.

Regarding our equipment, we maintain a steady growth in re-investment, such as Charmilles CNC High Speed Machining Centers, Charmilles EDM Wire Cut machines in our factory, Progressive Stamping & 2-color vertical injection machines in both factories. In our factory, there are powder coating line, printing line and wood shop. Here is our catalogue, there is a machinery list inside. You can find all of our hi-tech machines on the list.

Our factory has 10,000 sq. meter facility and 600 staff and we have another factory which has 150,000 sq. meter facility and 500 staff. The factory has established for 3 years and located in countryside. This place provided a better environment for training and kept our labor force stable.
