Dear Sir,We are the professinonal Intermediate Company in Viet Nam( Broker), specialized in importing scrap metal such as HMS1&2, used rails, H-beamI would like to supply you some information as follows : -Commodities: HMS 1&2 ,used rail, H-beam-Orginal : USA, Taiwan, Japan, India, South Korea,..etc-Price: containerized, CIF Hai Phong, Viet Nam.-Payment : LC 100% irrevocable at sight, isued by state owned prime banks.-PB : 2% pre advise LC.-Pictures : advanced-Trial shippment : 500mt-Inspection : SGS, Alex steward, Intertek.Here are procedure I suggested :1-The seller send draft contract and both of sides adjust together to go into official contract with full of details sealed and signed.2-The buyer isue pre-advise LC3-The seller isue 2% PB after seeing that pre-advise LC is ok4-The buyer isue LC officially.5-The seller is responsibility for all in contract in next steps.such as quantity, quanlity, time of delivery, inspection, shipping,etc6-Banks are prime banks in Viet Nam(they are owned by State and strongest), no confirmation( no BCL)7-LC irrevocable at sight 100%
