The rod itself and cap have been stamped and forged separately which ensures the fiber direction of metal structures conformable to the stress direction during the movement of the connecting rod and further maintain the strength of the rod. Auto Controlled Continuous Furnace is employed for heat treatment and this kind of treatment ensures the strength inside and outside the torging stay the same and also improves the mechanical property significantly.
