First, all the YONGCHENG products test the Material components by Switzerland ARL3460 direct-reading spectrometer before casting to make sure the material specifications reach to original drawings requires.
Second, all the YONGCHENG parts manufacture in consideration of the original drawings specifications, Such as all the dimensions, tolerances, hardness, tensile strength, yields strength, elongation and so on.
Third, all the YONGCHENG parts will be inspect one by one according to drawing's request before shipment. Besides, all the packing of the goods are preventive from dampness, rust, moisture, erosion and shock, and suitable for ocean or multiple transportation.
