We has introduced 150 sets of Italy SANTONI electronic patterning circular knitting machines, and also 200 sets of sewing machines, fabric cutting equipment and a complete set of finishing equipment which are made by Japan Pegasus and Chinese native. Our monthly production is of 1.8 million pieces. Our business scope is seamless knitted clothing(Especially for shapewear underwear, leggings and spandex covered yarn for knitting&weaving.
We have built the high-tech development department, in which there are more than 40 professional technicians, it makes us own our independent research and development design ability. In such aspects as raw material and product design, we have the predominance of choice, research, exploitation and innovation on the seamless products material, such as we use the Tencel, Coolmax, Soya fiber, Bamboo fiber, and Antimicrobial-nanometer fiber etc.
We have built the high-quality control system. Production and management link have reached the international level. Every procedure in our factory is operated and inspected under the ISO9001-9002, and supported by the TOM system, what we want is to try to reach the no waster goal.
