Xingtel (Xiamen) Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in January 2000, with registered capital of 1.1 million US dollars. We specialize in designing and making precision plastic injection, moulds injection, spraying, silk-screening, pad printing, bronzing, and plastic-sucking and assembly ervice. We have our own R&D center, plus a group of engineers & designers with 8 years' mould designing & making experience.We have our own standard factory of 12,000 square meters, and 482 employees, equipped with updated equipment, more than 65 plastic injectors with a capacity from 58 tons to the maximum of 300 tons. There are 5 high-speed plastic injectors, 36 transfer printers, 8 spraying Production lines, 1 automatic spraying line, and more than 20 sparking/milling machines, 3 CNC for tooling and 2 blister packing machines. At the same time, we are equipped with modern management and computerized system for effectively arranging and processing the orders, logistics, production and product quality. Our company has fully implemented ISO9001:2000 standards, using international advanced CAD/CAM/CAE to design, integrating with manufacturing process system.
