Established in 2008, Xiamen Xinhuaguan plastic technology Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer, which is specializing in development and production of plastic film and bags. Our products include: PE bags, OPP bags, CPP bags, packing film and composited bags ect. All of our products are produced strictly compliant to ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004. Meanwhile, our managing team has over 15 years experience in plastic manufacturing. This experience enables our factory to provide consistent quality products in a cost effective manner.

At present, our Xiamen plant capacity is:
-- Over 600MT per month
-- 40 extruder machines with in-line printing (up to 12 colors)
-- 70 sets of converters with bottom weld, side weld, back weld and three-sides weld
-- 13,138.88 square meters work area

The sizing capacity for side weld bags is:
-- Max width: 1200mm
-- Max length: 1200mm

The sizing capacity for bottom weld bags is:
-- Max width: 1400mm
-- Max length: 2000mm

The sizing capacity for back weld and three sides weld bags is:
-- Max width: 800mm
-- Max length: 1000mm

Thickness Range:
-- HDPE: 0.008mm - 0.10mm
-- LDPE: 0.015mm - 0.13mm

Our Xiamen plant can manufacture T-shirt bags, films and sheeting, wicket bags, header block bags, roll bags, newspaper bags, bread and bakery bags, patch handle bags, softloop handle bags, ziplock bags, microperforated bags, co-extrusion bags, standup pouch, back sealed bag and three sides seal bags ect.
