XIâAN Haosen Machinery Manufacturing CO., LTD., established in 1988, located in the North of XIâAN, is a special precision investment casting and machining enterprise. The company covers 15000 square meters, with buildings covering 8500 square meters. The company fixed assets is 35 million RMB. There are 60 experienced technical and management personnel in Huanyu. Huanyu is certified by ISO9001:2000 in 2001 and already obtained PED certificate from TUV. Lean Manufacture and 6S management has been effectively adopted for production management; Usage of the ERP system leaded Huanyu became a quick response modernized manufacture; OEC system is also an administration taken into implementation form 2005.There are two investment casting production lines, including 4 imported and 5 local wax injection machines, 2 intermediate frequency furnace, 5 shot blasting machines, 2 heat treatment furnaces, and a set of acid picking and passivation line. Good production line makes qualified product. The annual capacity of investment casting is 1000 tons, including 100, 000pcs steam turbine blades. Nowadays HY has got the high-density range of measuring tools, with a total expense of RMB100, 000, including ARL spectrometer which imported from Switzerland , X-ray, fluorescent penetration test, CMM, chemical lab, universal mechanical property test machine, etc.The company already has certain business on four industrial product, they are steam turbine blades, industrial instrument, industrial valves, and impellers.
