We have our own in house heat treatment and physical & chemical testing lab and spectrometer machine. Modern custom designed machineries, equipments and methods throughout the plant combine to produce valves to high standards of quality. During manufacturing all parts are subject to a routine quality control. After assembly every valves are subjected to a shell and seat test. We had made an enormous investment in testing equipments and the inspection process. No valve goes to the next stage of the production process without passing the inspection of each process. We conduct a rigorous test of the quality and chemical composition of the raw material. Dimensional and visual inspections are rigidly conducted on every components of the assembly. Our valves are subjected to 100% pressure tests to guarantee users with full satisfaction.
