Our quality assurancepersonals stationed at all the manufacturing units and ensure thatthe productions are geared to run on required AQL.Documentation and Shipping Coordination Our export department checks all shipping documents as per buyerâsinstruction and ensures dispatch of documents as per the instructionsprovided by the buyersâ LCs, inadvance of the actual shipment arrival with intimation to buyers andtheir clearing agents. For the orders, customers choose to place with factories directly orthrough us, we do quality inspection on given quality standards. We doinspection at different stages of production process so that customerswould be able to get the first hand knowledge of running ordersquality. These are defined as follows:Pre Production CheckRisks are reduced by checking material Components, accessories / usermanuals e.t.c. at this stage itself.Initial Production First batch of finished products are checked against buyerâsspecifications and prototype approved sample. Deviations areidentified and ensure to follow corrections.Production inline Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify thatthe initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure theaverage quality standards of production runs.Final InspectionFinal random inspection is carried out when the total consignment ispacked and ready for shipment. It is performed according to theinternational inspection standards.
