Client / factory / product due diligence for worldwide import / export of products.
Source products according to specifications or client samples.
Identify and qualify factories and conduct factory due diligence.
Travel with client to inspect selected factories.
Sampling and subsequent resolution of engineering problems.
Negotiate with factory for optimum pricing.
Procure products for client.
Research new markets for client.
Provide weekly production / procurement progress report.
Work-in-progress quality inspection.
Pre-loading shipment inspection.
Administer shipment economics; optimization of consolidation.
Provide timely shipment advice. Logistical troubleshooting.
Provide full and up-to-date information on markets.
Provide proactive total supply chain management: Order tracking, on-site quality control, supervise logistics, monitor factory compliance and certificate of origin requirement. Account-dedicated staffing and resources, in other words turn-key trade / import liaison office.
One face contact with suppliers on behalf of client, in other words Chinese-to-Chinese relationships and negotiations.
Assistance in classification and rate of duty for imported merchandise according to harmonized tariff schedule.
Arrange for "door to door" service: ocean and inland (direct-to-client-factory) shipment.
Tracking of shipment.
Arrange for payment of all freight, duty, brokerage etc. Costs.
Quote client a prepaid to client factory, net price.
