We are Vimana Aqualife, an enterprise of Vimana (Pvt) Ltd. Our business is the breeding and growing of a wide variety of Fresh Water Ornamental fish. Vimana (Pvt) Ltd was established in 2009 as an innovative organization to delight our customers with new products and service. Our Fish Farm and the Aquarium is located in the rural area of Kurunegala, where the water is in excellent condition and no pollution, so the colourful ornamental fish are given a favorable environment for their breeding and growing. Kurunegala district also provides excellent accessibility as it is in the center of the country making it a good hub for the export of the fish. It takes 1 ½ hours from the Bandaranaike International Airport to Kurunegala allowing less packing time, less damage, less tiring & less depression. This will keep fish healthy while on Air.Vimana Aqualife was started with 20 tanks and Breeding only Laser Guppy variety. Later setup our fish farm with a building for Packing, Stores, Laboratory & Administration.On ground our team of highly skilled professional staff works round-the-clock to produce these quality and colorful fish varieties. They are also available to answer any of your queries through the 24hour service hotline.We at the moment have a stock consisting of Guppy, Molly, Platy & Sword Tail. 80 % of our capacity is dedicated for Guppy & Platy breeding.All our employees have previous experience in the industry and the head of the facility is led by our truly skilled manager who has a degree in Animal Science and Export Agriculture and well known for his work in the field of Ornamental Fish Breeding.We have security protocol intact to ensure that our fish are not contaminated by any external sources and that they have a fresh healthy environment to breed in. Further to this we have strict rules when showcasing our tank which is why they can now only be seen by appointment and under personal supervision.
