My name is Vicente Sanchis, Spanish, I represented as Seller Mandate a miner from Bolivia, which has Iron Ore and Copper Ore. Now we have started with Copper by signing an export contract with a Chinese company, but also want to expand our exports Iron Ore, because this is our main concern productive.We know that your company may be interested in this Iron Ore that now we can produce , Fe (hematite) from 53% to 58%. We would like to establish a business relationship with you in order to sell the mineral, but starting with proper communication and know about real possibilities and business intentions and agreements to short, medium and long term. Our production is now not more 10.000MT monthly , the logistics problem in Bolivia to the Port of Arica (Chile), both by the state of the roads and transport costs. So our desire is to go little to little until increase the quantity and the quality of Iron Ore, taking it to levels standares more usual, and it is for this reason that we need serious buyers who can take and sign a contract that would involve two or three phases, and the Price will be negotiated:1st) ONE TRIAL SHIPMENT OF 5.000MT OF IRON ORE (Lump) of Fe 53% minimum and 57% maximum in terms FOB. Payment on 100% DLC issued five days after the signing of Contract, Payment of 95% effective in Bill of Lading, 5% in 8 days after on Verification and Inspection Commission in Port of China or any other place.2nd) 6 TO 8 MONTHS SHIPMENTS OF 10.000MT SUBSEQUENTS, recognized and accepted on the same contract, and same shipping terms and conditions of payment.3rd) 6 to 4 months remaining for monthly delivery 20.000/30.000MT recognized and accepted on the same contract, and same shipping terms and conditions of payment.Our desire is to open serious negotiations aimed at finding appropriate options to start our export of Iron Ore, but we must start from realism and mutual interest in reaching agereements to short and long term, produce more, and better level of Fe in the Iron Ore.
