Founded in 1995, VIA LIBAN s. A. R. L has grown to become one of the leading Lebanese firms specializing in Intelligent Transportation Systems, Traffic Management and Safety Enhancement contracts.
From road marking and signage to turnkey urban environment improvement schemes, VIA now provides the complete range of services typical of its field of activity.
Building on the foreign and local experience of our key personnel, we have implemented projects outside Lebanon, acting either as Specialist Subcontractor or under Road Safety Construction Management Contracts.
Our road marking department boasts a European made fleet of ride-on and manual line laying machines and accessories, operated by personnel considered to be among the best trained on a regional level.
In the field of vertical signage and delineation, we manufacture regulatory and directional signs to international standards. Interior signage systems are either imported or custom-made to Designer specifications.
With the acquisition in 2002 of a small steel structures manufacturing practice, VIA LIBAN has further extended its offer to include roadside and overhead sign support structures, as well as custom-designed pedestrian bridges.
The yard, storage and industrial facility regroup all activities related to the manufacturing, pre-assembly and finishing of signs and structures. Routine maintenance and repairs of the marking plant is performed in our own shops.
Quality assurance is secured throughout the design, manufacturing and execution stages through the implementation of in house Quality Management Procedures and the continuous training and information up-grade of staff and field personnel.
Our Engineering Design Team performs case studies and can honor "design and implement" contracts for all aspects of Traffic Control and Management, including the enhancement of pedestrian safety by acting on the urban environment and providing secure and appealing foot bridges or other traffic segregation measures. They dispose of the latest in professional software for conceptual and detailed design.
