Company DescriptionVeronika Ltd, is a family business company with about 80 employees. The company was founded in 1994. First, its main business was focused on sugar wholesaling. The firm worked with such companies as Prodimex and Sucden. Today, our major partner in sugar sector is Cargill an American multinational. Sugar sale is still one of our main businesses. Two years ago, the company management developed and started a new business � production of 100% organic caned vegetables (tomatos, cacumbers, marrows, marinated cabage etc.), fruits (apples, plum) and wild growing berries. The company�s logo for this new business sounds as �Natural Siberian Products�. Our company has its own processing plant where we do our products. In the near future we are planning to open juice producing department where only 100% natural fruit and vegetable juice will be produced.Company LocationVeronika Ltd. is located in the southern part of Central Siberia in a city called Minusinsk. Its about 400 kilometers to the south from regional center a city of Krasnoyarsk. The location is ideal for the company�s business. The place is abounding in vegetables, fruits and wild growing berries and plants. The unique location of Minusinsk and its mild climat give local vegetables and fruits especial taste that is famous in many parts of Russia. Overall, Minusinsk can be described as an agriculture center of Krasnoyarsk region. This location gives our company a competitive avdvantage over other producers.At this moment our main entering strategy is exporting. We are also ready to take into consideration other forms of cooperation such as joint venture creation. We undrestand that this must be a win-win situation. As an importer you can benefit due to low end prices and hence good margin and organic nature of our products. Our company is also interested in purchase of food processing equipment as well as in importing food products into Siberia.
