We employ a handful of people in our local office for small orders, and employ others out of state for larger orders. Velvet chokers has been in business since 1998, having successfully filled 1000's of orders for as many happy customers in over a dozen countries since then. We do NOT use machines to make our custom designer jewelry pieces. Each is handmade with pride. We do NOT employ auto-responders to answer customer questions.
