Qualified procedures and welders for saw, gmaw, gtaw processes are utilized all in accordance with asme code section ix, aws bs, en codes. Radiographic and other nondestructive examinations are conducted by personnel qualified in accordance with sn-tc-1a and comply with asme code requirements. Production welding is inspected by aws certified inspectors. Design calculations and detailed fabrication drawings are prepared by our engineering department to comply with asme, api, and customer specifications. Our quality control department, established in accordance with asme requirements, insures that each item is fabricated to the highest standards.
