We have our own production unit for manufacture of transfer films and paper, which are superior to any such media available in the global market. We are also exporting to China. We have the capacity to produce 160,000 sheets per day.We are also carrying out our business of production of printed stocks and some of our major clients include JC Penny, Walmart, Mark & Spencers, Fruit of the Loom, Mercedes, Disney, Marvel Comics, Orange Clothings, Primark, Hanes, House of Pearls and so on. Our production capacity for Bangladesh market is around 300,000 labels and 20,000 images per day. In Transfer Media range, we have the following products:1.Transfer paper SPN-80/90/100 for screen print label/image stock in 80gsm, 90gsm, 100gsm. Cold peel/warm peel papers to be used with heat press machines. Size: 23” x 36”.2.Transfer paper SPS-80/90 for screen print label/image stock in 80gsm, 90gsm, High release cold peel/warm peel papers to be used with low tempreture/low pressure release. Size: 23” x 36”.3.Transfer paper LP-90/100 for Litho print stock in 90gsm, 100 gsm. Cold peel/warm peel papers to be used with heat press machines. Size: 23” x 36”.4.Transfer films SF-90/100 for Screen print stock in 90gsm, 100 gsm. Cold peel films to be used with heat press machines. Size: 19” x 25”.5.Transfer films LF-90/100 for Litho print stock in 90gsm, 100 gsm. Cold peel films to be used with heat press machines. Size: 19” x 25”.
