Winemaking !The main objective is to produce high expression wines, in a process that acknowledges the quality of the grapes obtained in the vineyard.For this purpose, we respect as much as it is possible, the integrity of the grapes throughout the whole winemaking process. We carry out a tight control of fermentation temperatures, and use a minimum of external elements, as to achieve a high expression of the typical characteristics of each variety.An adequate preservation of the wines at low temperatures, French and American oak aging, very careful bottling, and final storage in air-conditioned rooms end up the process. All of our wines are produced and bottled in the company premises, using grapes from our own vineyards, in a combination of technology, art, and traditions transmitted through generations.The quality of our wines has been recognized in numerous national and international competitions, and what is more important, in the most demanding world-wide markets to which Toscanini Winery exports its production.
