There is a resin bonded sand molding production-line with an annual capacity of 5, 000 Tons castings which can increase the surface roughness and size precision of castings by 2-3 Grades. We can produce gray cast iron, ductile iron, low alloy iron valves and pipe fittings with the annual capacity of 15, 000 Tons; the machining part: we have 8-meter vertical lathe, 5-meter vertical lathe and BFP-160-1 stand boring and milling machine made in Germany, Z310�?�¯??100mm radial drilling machine and other machining equipment CGR6145 CNC machine tool and so on altogether one thousand kinds of equipment. The annual manchining capacity is 18000 Tons; the welding department: owing 12-meter plate edge planning machine, 20mm plate shearing machine, plate curling machine, large-scale automatic shape-cutting machine and other welding machines, which can produce various types of steel plates welding valves and pipe fittings with the annual producing ability of 3, 000 Tons. Our company owes a bridge crane of 50 tons, a gantry of 32 tons, a travelling crane of 25 Tons as well as a NISSAN flatbed trailer for Japan. Besides, there is a storing place for the finished products covering an area of 8, 600m2. The main products of our works include: Butterfly valve, gate valve, check valve, globe valve, regulating valve, air releasing valve, ball valve, plug valve, square (round) penstock, dismantling joints, the actuator, and complete pipe fittings and so on altogether 12 kinds more than 500 models and nearly 10, 000 specifications; The actuating types include: manual control, motor-driven, hydraulic control, electric-hydraulic driven operation.
