Tianjin ShengDa Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd (Also called Lang Fang ShengDa Drip Irrigation Equipment Co., Ltd), is an enterprise which specialises in researching, development and manufacturing of inline flat dripper pipe machine from 1996. Our company is located in Jing Bin Industry Park in Tianjin City, China(Near to Beijing about 60 KM).ShengDa company's registered capital is thirty million RMB (30M, RMB), the building area of the company factory is over twenty thousand square meters, construction area is 10 thousand square meters.
From 1996, ShengDa was to devote research, innovation, and manufacturing the inline flat dripper pipe production line. Until now, our advanced production line has reached an international standard and recognition.We have registered more than 45 national patents, including the Auto-dripper selection unit, high performance drilling unit, and the Auto-coiler. The advance technology equipment ensures effortless and our production by strong technical support.
In 2006, Land Fang ShengDa Drip Equipment Co, .Ltd. was grant high technology enterprise by Hebei Province. In 2011, Tianjin ShengDa was recognised it's a grant high technology enterprise by Tianjin City; we are also the member of China- Australia Business Association, and the member of the Association of Irrigation & Drainage Enterprises, China. ShengDa is also listed in the China Irrigation & Drainage equipment hand book, and granted the excellence award for "China's excellent irrigation equipment enterprises, listed equipments.
ShengDa has supplied over 200 high quality production lines to Hebei, Xingjian, Gansu, NeiMenggu, NingXia, JiLing, Shan Dong, Tianjin, Yunnan provinces, and dominates the majority of the Chinese market. At the same time, we export to Russia, Turkey, Iran, Korea, and received very good feedback from our customers. Our production lines have produced over 30 billion meters of dripper pipes. In addition, we help our customers modify some of imported machinery from other foreign factories, transforming the outdated units into a much updated technology and reliable units.
In 2013, ShengDa introduce its fifth generation production line the WDG-V, inner flat drip pipe production line, has the highest production speed in the world, speed can reach up to 200m/min, and drilling speed is 900pcs/min, the production line has also achieved a fully automatic operation including auto material feeder and auto coiler. The entire manufacturing process has been automated.
