Tianjin Sanshan Plastic Co. Ltd is an old enterprise loated in Xiaosuzhuang Village,Xiaowangzhuang Town,Dagang District,Binhai New Area,Tianjin,established in November 1968 with fixed assets of 28 million RMB& liquid assets of 30 million RMB. It covers an area of over 46,000 square meters. With 10 production lines of squeze plate, blow molding packaging line equipment 50 (sets). We passed ISO 9001:2008 ,GB/T 19001-2008,GB/ T 28001-2001. During 46 years development, we also won lots of hintustrial awards in plastic fields . For example, TIanjin san Shan Plastic Co Ltd was named China's packaging enterprises in the country 80 leading enterprises in packaging, plastic packaging business for the first rank. On 18 May 2006 interviewed by the national leaders in the Diaoyutai Hotel etc.
Our main products are folding tables and chairs,plastic buckets(for chemicals, lubricants, antifreeze, food, dairy) plastic flat pallets,
We have our own experienced and professional design and research team in plastic products. We expore abt 10 new products every year to meet the markets better. Moreover, we have our own intellectual property right certificates.
There are more than 320 employees in the year 2000.
The product capacity is 15,000 tons.Products are mainly sold to the demestic markets.The good and stable quality earn us many long term customers. We always focus on raw materials, manufacturing process , quality Inspection and sales channels to make sure we can offer the clients with excellent performance. Four times a year we employ customer satisfaction surveys and evaluation, in accordance with the "customer satisfaction monitoring and measurement procedures", from product quality, appearance and performance, price, delivery, application, service, packaging and labeling aspects of the customer dissatisfactory factors we take effevtive measures to achieve the ultimate customer satisfaction.
In the year 2007 products first-time inspection passed 99.6% (planned 98%), customer satisfaction rate of 97.2% (planned 95%).
Though prices of raw materials are in a tough situation recent years , the company maintained a good income.
