It was called Tianjin Xingfa Carpet Co., Ltd. until 2001 when we established a joint venture with Singapore Decent Far East Pte Co., Ltd and became the well known Tianjin Decent Carpet Industry Co., Ltd. since then in the areas.

With our own advanced dyeing facilities, capable designers, experienced engineers and technicians, we manufacture, export and wholesale domestically the whole range of handmade carpets/rugs/mats and chenille jacquard rugs and we can manufacture whatever the qualities, colours and designs you are looking for.
