Our company established in Ankara, has been working on 2 subjects. First of all is establishing plastic recycling factories, second one is marketing recycled materials.1-Establishing Plastic Recycling Production Lines :Our company has been working on establishing and running plastic recycling systems more than 20 years. These systems are :-Hot washed and chemical cleaned high quality PET FLAKE production line,- From pet flake high quality PET SHEET production line,-Very similar to wood plastic composites (wpc) systems but instead of wood scrap we use cheaper and easier to work on waste materials. S캅L캅COPOLYMER material production system is very new in the world and the only one factory is established in Turkey in March 2009. 2-Marketing Recycled Plastic Materials :Our company at the same time sells the products of our factories or the factories that we established and transfer to another companies.-Pet flakes FOB 600-650 USD/ton. It is hot washed and cleaned with more than 20 chemical operations. The composition of product is 80% natural (transparent) and 20% blue. -Pet sheet FOB 2000 USD/ton. Thickness is 0.8-1.0 mm, width is 120 cm, lenght is 300-500 meter roll. Density of the product is 1.34 kg/m2.-Recycled plastic grain (granule) from polypropylen (PP) and nylon (LDPE).
