Teko Global Vision Pvt Ltd was established in 2005 with the prime objective to transact the business of construction and trading. TEKO is a leading business group of Pakistan.
The Company is registered under corporate registration number 0075056 with Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the registered office of the Company is situated in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Teko falls under the jurisdiction of LCCI Lahore and the corporate affairs of the company are being regulated by SECP. The Regulator i-e SECP can be accessed at www.secp.gov.pk.
TEKO is also registered with Federal Board of Revenue of Pakistan (FBR) under NTN 3685019-5.
The Company is a large-Sized Entity as defined in Schedule of the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The Company prepares its annual financial statements on the basis of Accounting and Reporting Standard for Large-Sized Entities (LSEs) which are being audited by a firm of Chartered Accountants having satisfactory QCR rating i-e Asif Awan & Co.
The Company is a member/affiliate/licentiate of/ Lahore Chambers of Commerce & Industry (LCCI), Rawalpindi Chambers of Commerce & Industry (RCCI), Public Health Engineering (PHE), Parks and Horticulture Authority Lahore (PHA), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Pakistan Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and ERDC Metal Paint Products Pvt Ltd Islamabad which is subsidiary of NDC/Nescom.
