Allow me to introduce our company TATWEER PLASTIC RECYCLING & MANUFACTURING which operates a plastic recycling plant built on around 4000 square meters in Sharjah industrial area the plants currently recycles 250 Mt. of PET bottles into washed and clean flakes running one shift. The plant will produce similar quantities of PP and PE material in flakes and then in pellets. We have a hot wash line consist of 18 hi-tech machines, and we also have the best labor who has 3 to 5 years of experience in plastic industry, We process all our material as follow: ? reground sorting of color, and material grade,? using only water bottles or soft drink bottles.? cutting of flakes size normal from 5cm to 10cm? hot wash at 80�with caustic mix in normal water? moisture less than 0.02%? pvc, less than 0.001%? label and caps less than 0.001%? contamination less than 0.0001%? overall percentage of moister-lable,caps,pvc and other contamination is less than 0.02% .
