Our company is specialized in designing, producing and installing of heat insulation pipe, PE pipe, PE anti-corrosion pipe, and the water supply and sewerage work. Our company is located in linnancang Industrial Park Yutian County Hebei Province with a good geographical location and convenient transportation. Company’s registered capital is 50 million CNY with an area of 233450 square meters (includes a new steel structure workshop with 12000 square meters, an Auxiliary production workshop with 3600 square meters and an office with 3800 square meters.), 480 employees, (including more than 120 engineers and technicians). We have three sets of fully automated plastic covers steel buried insulating pipe production line imported from Germany, two sets of Plastic covers steel buried insulating pipe production line of domestic and two sets of "one step" production lines, these can produce all types of Plastic covers steel buried/overhead polyurethane insulating pipe from φ32-φ1420 with 860 km. we have two sets of steel covers steel buried steam insulation pipe production line with the 300kms of annual production capacity and the production value is more than 300 million. We have two sets of shot-blasting equipment for all types of pipes fromφ32-φ1820, and the blast level is Sa2.5(close to white level) On 2001, we imported two sets of mirror welding production line, with these two production line, we can produce all types of buried insulation elbow fromφ90-φ1800 and the quality can be CJ/T155-2001 standard to make the buried pipeline running more smoothly. We have 5 sets of High density polyethylene extrusion machines; include one set of Uf-ex-180, one set of TR2/146M, three sets of SJ-120/30. These machines can produce the HDPE (high density polyethylene pipe) fromφ90-φ1800, and the annual production capacity is 900km. The extrusion machine is equipped with the Corona equipment; we can make the corona treatment to the Polyethylene outer protection pipe and make the steel tube, Polyurethane cover part and the Polyethylene outer protection pipe tight connecting. With this the quality and service life of the pipeline are improved greatly. On 2002, we imported Hot melt cover technology to Guarantee the construction quality, with this technology, we can produce all kinds of the hot melt sleeve fromφ75-φ1800 and used on the repairment of the pipes on the construction site. We also imported the Small high pressure foaming machine and the pressure testing equipment for the joint of the hot melt sleeve, with these equipment, the quality of the repairment of the pipes on the construction site improved greatly. with the Strong technical, our company has developed the Silicate overhead clad pipe and Steel/plastic casing buried clad pipe which suitable for transport the Low temperature steam medium and High temperature saturated and supersaturated steam medium.
