There is a certain straw in a small county of china which we call it langya grass. The grass is widely planted here for thousands of years and most of people here are good at weaving the straw hat by hand on our spare time.Since the policies of reform and opening to the outside world is put into practice in 1978 and our straw hats are sold world-wide. Originally, we are just individual processing teams, we gather all the hats together and finalize the design, decorating and packing, then hand it into the trading company. We realize the present international market and our manager: Ma ruimin open the hats factory in 1982 and we begin to do business directly with customers worldwide. As the customer's demand, ? we import another straw named raffia to weave various hats.In 1986, we increase the new streamline: sewing hats. There are many fabric split, paper wrapped, straw wrapped needed to be sewn firstly, then further processing. And we buy 50 pcs new sewing machine. Several months later, our sewing hats are popular with the Japan, Australia, USA and so other countries and regions.As the time goes on, by 2002, our present 2 streamlines are far from satisfying the customer's needs. Under the leader of Mr. Ma, we once develop the felt line and fedora line meantime. The felt hats are mainly wool, cow fur and other animal fur. And we develop and create the new ones to fit perfectly the market.We often adjust our new line and products, so our hats are very popular with the customers at home and abroad. Through our joint effort, we have become a authoritative suppliers of hat in china. We can accept any orders now.In 2004, our new factory is completed which is located in Economic Development Zone of tancheng county. With a work stuff of 280 workers and 15, 000, 000 RMB of fixed assets.
