The head office was moved to Hong Kong in 1992. Due to the business expansion, a new production plant (over 35,000 sq meters) was set up at Shenzhen in 2006 for three product categories (plastic, bag and metal ) for production efficiency, facilitate transportation and minimizing the cost in order to meet the lowest market price for demanding.
