The fact that the pigments are already well dispersed in the master batch gives the end product high homogeneity and no variation in terms of shade or color.

Filler Master batch
Is compounded of high quality filler- polymer resin and other additive agents. Filler Master Batches with properties as high resistance and high light fastness- unmatched dispersion and environmental protection can improve and toughness and consistency- rigidity and increasing specific gravity of plastic products. and it can replace the use of plastic material to save the production cost largely.
White Master batch
Producing the purest whites for plastics can pose special challenges. These special master batches require high pigment concentrations and must be carefully formulated to ensure compatibility with the polymer matrix and uniform color development in the finished product. Contamination cannot be tolerated.
