As on enterprise which is taken charge of domestic PCB industry with excellent and professional man power in automation of machinery and recherche of chemicals and materials fields, SUNJIN HIGHM.INC is composed of Machinery / Engineering Division and Material / Chemical Division. In Machinery/ Engineering Division, we localized the BELT SANDER for the first time in Korea and use it in HDI Build up process and Multilayer process and Plating process. Also we replaced the foreign equipment by developing advanced and precision Thermo oil type Hot Press to use in Rigid and Flexible PCB. In Material / Chemical Division, according to replacement use becoming duty for environment correspondence with an existing manufacturing area chemical and material for the earth protection of environment, we has developed functional chemical independently and supply them in domestic and foreign PCB market.
