We would lke to introduce ourselves as knit wear garment manufacturers specilising in yarn dyed fabrics.
Our key strength in this area are
1. 100% control of bleeding between colors,
2. 100% shade match between the solid and the yarn dyed panels of the garment,
3. 100% torque (spirality) control in the garment,
4. Feeder striper garments also cut and finished as engineering stripe
garments,
5. E + L bow correction compaction of the fabric,
6. use of transparent sewing thread intended to adopt the shade of the
different ground colors,
7. Our own effluent compliant dye house. Will soon also be enabled
with own auto striper and inch / 6 feeder striper knitting machines.
8. Our range of stitching machines include top feed type (Pegasus EXT
series) Overlock and flatlock stitching machines. Intended to ensure
stripe match of the top and bottom panel.
9. Have handled a wide variety of blended fabrics,
Our Men's wear buyers include Intersport-Holland. Ladies wear include
Intres-Holland, Neckermann, Quielle, Otto, Palmers and a host of other
mail order business houses from Europe. Kids and Infant wear includes
Gymboree-US, through Li & Fung. Our factory features a separate CAD
enabled sampling section which can turn out your samples in 20 days.
