Our product ranges includes the small washers up to complex carpentry structures, always using high quality materials according to the customers specifications.
The excellent finishing of pieces we manufacture,such as sandblasted and pickled or debarred, free of oxides and mill scale or if requested galvanized, painted or with electrophoresis treatment,means that they can go directly to the assembly line without further treatment.
The manual and robotic welding follows high standards for the choice of raw materials, finished products, accessories and components of high degree.
The cut division is composed by a two dimensional Trumps Laser CO2 Cutting, accompanied by a warehouse of 44 drawers, two Oxy cut lines of 30 meters with 5 drill heads on each side and two high definitions Plasma Cutting.
Our pipe allows us to produce pipes of various shapes by induction welding, up to a maximum thickness of 5 mm as well as opens and closed profiles.
Our efficient tooling department enables us, with competence and skill, to create dies tooling, equipment and fixtures.
Today the international situation requires fast adaptation to market conditions, ensuring flexibility and speedy deliveries.
STACAS logistic organization has the ability to ensure the realization of the product as quickly as possible, reducing the expected lead time. The product used is ACG Managerial Accounting Applications on AS 400.
The hardware infrastructure consists of an INTRANET with a series of CLIENT positions and two servers (application and firewall).
