The company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on the 6th January 1989 under the name of Sincerely Dyeing & Finishing Sdn. Bhd.
We are ISO 9001:2008 and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified company.

The principle activity of the company is manufacturer of wide range of knitted fabrics. Subsequently, Sincerely Dyeing & Finishing extended its operations to woven, tricot as well as curtain and automotive products.

Throughout these years, it has built itself as a reputable supplier that deliver quality products and on time delivery to her customers.
