Sichuan Luojiang Liwang Nonwoven Factory was established in July,1999. There
are 40 employees, including 24 workers, 5 technicians and 10 administrative staff.
Located in southwest of China, we are the professional leading manufacturer of
polyester nonwoven in China.

We specialize in electrical polyester nonwoven fabric, which include 7031 series,
LW12/23 series and soft kind nonwoven (Diamond Dotted) series, etc. There are
three hot rolling nonwoven fabric production lines, which can manufacture more
than 1500 tons per year, 40% of which areexported abroad. The 7031 series of
electrical fabric, with the thickness ranging from 0.025mm to 0.15mm, is widely
applied to producing electrical insulation flexible laminates (such as DM, DMD
and DMDM), mica tapes' reinforced materials, the basic cloth of insulating
varnish cloth,electrical laminated products, the coil terminal of electric motors
wrapping, mini, soft cable & communication cable, and circle wrapping featuring
low cost, light weight and good insulation. LW12/23 with the thickness ranging
from 0.12mm to 0.23mm, is widely applied to cast resin transformer insulation.

Our nonwoven fabric is produced with mechanical carding forming net and
thermal-bonding process. The splices are welded by ultrasonic waves. Thanks
to the application of the unique ultrasonic welding technique in China, the
splices are stable, uniform and powerful.
