EMR Ltd. was established in the beginning of 1996 on the basis of the Riga Experimental plant of the Ministry of Industry of construction materials of Latvia. Today EMR Ltd. is largest plant in Latvia specialising in the design and manufacture of port, terminal equipment and drive-on equipment for Ro-Ro vessels. EMR Ltd managed to retain the spirit of experimental production and now manufactures products complying with all the requirements of European standards. EMR Ltd. acquires "ROKO INTERMODAL SERVICES" brand with 14 years of reputable experience.
