QC INTRODUCTION:
OUR QC department is composed of 5 QC engineers and 10 QC assistants, with the expanding of our output, more QC staffs are needed. We strictly conduct international quality standards to meet the clients demands.
IQC
Description: procedures/testing details:
Incoming materials have to pass strict examination before being accepted, IQC check sample refers to AQL on whether to accept or not.
IPQC checks on the products and manufacturing procedures are conducted. Results are recorded for future study.
FQC on the final product, referring to CSP standards. Final Testing is also conducted.
QA on all items to be shipped ,referring to AQLQuality is life.
Our company has set up a specialized QC department. They were independent of the production department, representing the interests of customers, strictly controlling the quality of products. Their scope of examination includes: coloring match of the fabric, gram weight, material; Production process, size; process tail work of finished products, packaging and storage.
